Who we are
Equate Group has been helping Buckinghamshire and UK businesses with IT since 2006. We're small enough that every team member's work is visible, and steady enough that careers here build over years rather than months. We're based in Wendover, and our clients range from local independent firms to national names.
We care about the quality of our work, the calm competence of our response, and the long-term relationships we build with clients. If that resonates, we'd like to hear from you, whether there's an opening listed below or not.
Current openings
We don't have any open vacancies listed right now, but we always welcome introductions from:
- Experienced IT support engineers (1st / 2nd / 3rd line)
- Cyber security consultants (Cyber Essentials / DSPT / CE+)
- Field engineers for on-site work across Bucks, Herts, Oxon
- Apprentices looking for a real training pathway in IT

What we offer

How we interview
- CV review: we reply to every application within 5 working days, yes or no.
- 20-minute call: informal, mostly to understand what you're looking for.
- Technical conversation: problem-solving together rather than a grilling.
- Meet the team: a coffee with the people you'd be working with.
- Offer: with clear terms, same-day if we're both ready.
We commit to no more than four meetings before an offer. Life's too short for ten-stage interview loops.
