Cookie Policy
What cookies we use and how you control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember things about your visit, such as whether you have accepted cookies, what's in your shopping basket, or anything else that makes the site useful. They can't read other files on your device and they can't run programs.
What cookies we use
Essential cookies (always on)
These are needed for the site to work. Without them the site would break. You can't turn them off.
- Cookie consent record: remembers whether you've accepted or declined optional cookies, so we don't ask every page. Stored in your browser's local storage under the key
cookie-consent. - Cloudflare Turnstile: an anti-spam challenge on the contact form. Ensures real people can message us and bots can't.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
These help us understand how visitors use the site so we can make it better. They only load if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page.
- Google Analytics 4: measures page views, visitor sources, and navigation patterns. IP addresses are anonymised.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: lets us measure and retarget visitors for our LinkedIn advertising.
- Meta Pixel: lets us measure and retarget visitors for our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Third-party services
These may set their own cookies, subject to their own policies:
- iBillie: embedded customer billing portal on the Billing page.
How to control cookies
You can change your choice at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings button in the site footer. You can also block all cookies in your browser settings; in that case some parts of the site may not work as intended.
