Predictable monthly fees
Managed services are billed as a fixed monthly fee per user or per device. You know what the next bill looks like before it arrives.
Transparent project scope
Projects are quoted with a clear scope, deliverables, and price. Any change gets your approval before we start the work.
Built for the long term
Managed services run on multi-year agreements: a 36-month initial term, then 12-month renewals. That structure gives you price stability and a team invested in your success, with reviews at renewal so the service adapts as your business changes.
Honest recommendations
We recommend what's right for your business, not what maximises our margin. If a smaller package fits, we'll tell you.
What drives your cost
A handful of factors determine what a fair price looks like for any given business. These are the levers we work through during a quote conversation.
Team size and device count
The number of people, laptops, servers, and network devices we support. More people and devices means more hours in the support queue and more moving parts to monitor.
Service scope
Day-to-day helpdesk is the baseline. Add-ons like backup, email security, advanced threat protection, compliance support, and 24-hour cover each have their own cost.
Sector and compliance needs
Law firms, accountants, healthcare, and schools have specific compliance obligations (SRA, ICAEW, DSPT, DfE cyber standards). Meeting those adds structure to the engagement, and cost.
Hours of cover
Standard business hours vs. extended vs. 24/7. Most clients start with business hours and extend coverage as their reliance on IT grows.
Existing infrastructure
How modern and well-maintained your current IT is. Older infrastructure sometimes needs remediation before we can reliably manage it, and that is usually a one-off project rather than ongoing.
Growth trajectory
Scaling from 10 to 50 people in a year looks very different from a stable 15-person team. We price for the reality we can see and adjust as you grow.
